A full hearing check in our custom-built, sound-treated room, about an hour and a quarter. We talk about where you are noticing difficulty, test your hearing and explain the results in plain English.

We give you honest advice on the best way forward. That might be hearing aids, a visit to your GP, or simply coming back for another check in 12 months.

When you set out to improve your hearing, you want to know who you are dealing with. We are fully
qualified clinicians with decades of experience, and we have owned and run successful clinics in the UK
and New Zealand.
Getting hearing aids is a journey, and you should not have to go on it alone. We will be there to
understand, care and guide you every step of the way.
Yes. Our full hearing check is normally $79, and it is free. It is for adults, with no upper age limit.
What happens at the hearing check?
It takes about an hour and a quarter. We ask about your health and the situations where you notice difficulty, like the TV, groups or family conversations. Then we test your hearing, explain the results and talk through the best next step.
I already wear hearing aids. Can you help?
Yes. We fit, service and repair hearing aids, and we have worked with all brands. Whether you have worn them for years or you are new to them, we can help.
Can you help with funding?
Yes. We are registered for ACC, Enable subsidy and fully funded claims, as well as Veterans' Affairs and Work and Income. We assess each person and submit the claims that fit their situation.
Will I see the same person each time?
Yes. We believe the relationship you build with us is really important, so you will see the same clinician every time.
